What happens when my focus session or Nuclear date ends?

The lock lifts on its own and you are back in control: keep protection running, start a fresh period, or turn it off. A Nuclear Lock focus session ends the same way the moment its timer hits zero. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost; the block simply stops being enforced.

What that means in practice

Your bundles and settings survive, so starting a fresh period takes one tap.
Many people re-arm immediately with a longer date. The first period is the hard one.
