# How do I set it up the first time?

Download Welockin onto your Mac, iPhone, iPad or Windows PC, pick the devices you want covered, bundle the apps and sites you want blocked, set your strictness level, and start. You can add more devices at any time, so one session locks all of them at once.

## Specifics

- Start with a Soft Lock for your first session. You will learn how much resistance you actually need before committing to more.
- Add every device you own before your first serious session. A blocker that covers your laptop but not your phone is a blocker with a door in it.
- Save your first blocklist as a bundle so the second session takes ten seconds instead of a minute.
