Something is blocked that I need. How do I unblock just that?

If you are on a gentle level like a PIN or cooldown, remove that app or site from your list, or briefly unlock to adjust it. Under a hard or Nuclear lock it stays blocked until the lock ends, by design. Which is why it is best to block only the things genuinely harming your focus.

What that means in practice

Under Nuclear Mode there is no exception mechanism, not even for support.
Before arming a hard lock, walk through your week and check nothing essential is on the list.
On Windows a blocked site can also block known regional versions, such as amazon.de with amazon.com: check those too before arming a hard lock.
Blocking a whole category can sweep up something you rely on; individual picks are safer for a first hard lock.
